Shipping policy
Delivery Period
-
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer no later than 14 working days from the confirmation of the order, depending on product availability in stock or based on the specific product. In case of an extended delivery period, the customer will be informed in advance by e-mail.
-
The delivery period begins for goods paid by the Buyer upon receipt (cash on delivery) on the day of concluding the purchase contract according to Article II of the General Terms and Conditions, i.e., upon receipt of the Seller’s acceptance by the Buyer. If the Buyer has chosen a different payment method than payment upon receipt (e.g., bank transfer), the delivery period starts only after full payment of the purchase price, i.e., once the full amount has been credited to the Seller’s account.
-
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered within the stated period, the Seller shall promptly inform the Buyer and provide a new delivery date or offer a comparable replacement product (substitute performance). In this case, the Seller must obtain the Buyer’s consent.
-
If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods and no agreement is reached on substitute performance, the Seller must refund the already paid purchase price to the Buyer within 14 days after the expiration of the delivery period, to the Buyer’s account provided via e-mail to objednavky@rewana.sk or in writing to the Seller’s registered address. If the account numbers in the e-mail and the mailed letter do not match, the Seller may return the money by post or to the account stated in whichever document (e-mail or letter) was received first.
