SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

1. Delivery within the Slovak Republic

Orders are delivered through Packeta Slovakia, s.r.o.

Current delivery options:

Packeta – courier to address: EUR 5.00

Packeta – pick-up point or Z-BOX: EUR 3.50

Free delivery: for orders of Goods exceeding EUR 80

Personal collection: Chocholná-Velčice 261, 913 04 Chocholná-Velčice – free of charge

Where cash-on-delivery is available for the relevant Order, a surcharge of EUR 1.20 is added to the delivery price.

Packaging is included in the delivery price.

2. International Delivery 

International orders are delivered through Packeta.

Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland – €7.00

Croatia, Greece, Slovenia – €8.00

Austria, Germany – €9.00

Lithuania – €10.00

Italy, Latvia – €11.00

Estonia, Spain – €12.00

Belgium, France, Netherlands – €13.00

Ukraine, United Kingdom, Portugal – €14.00

Ireland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland – €17.00

Denmark, Luxembourg – €18.00

International orders must be paid in advance.

Packaging is included in the delivery price.

3. Delivery to Other Countries

Where delivery to a selected country is available, the available delivery methods and current prices are displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Depending on the delivery country and the particular Order, available payment methods may include:

• payment in advance,
• payment through a payment method available in the online store,
• cash-on-delivery, where available for the relevant Order.

For cash-on-delivery within the Slovak Republic, a surcharge of EUR 1.20 applies.

The Seller may require payment in advance in particular:

• for Orders exceeding EUR 300,
• where there is a reasonable concern that a cash-on-delivery shipment will not be accepted,
• for custom-made Goods or Goods individually modified according to the customer's requirements.

All prices displayed to consumers are inclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Renovint, s.r.o. is registered for VAT.

5. Delivery Time

Goods that are in stock are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible, depending on availability.

Ordered Goods are generally dispatched within 10 business days and delivered generally no later than 14 business days from confirmation of the Order, unless a different delivery period is stated for a particular product.

Certain REWANA products are manufactured only after an Order has been received. A different delivery period may therefore be stated directly on the relevant product page.

Where payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins once the full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

If an Order cannot be delivered within the expected period, the customer will be informed without undue delay by e-mail or telephone.

6. Receiving a Shipment

When receiving a shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and any visible damage to the parcel.

If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend:

• informing the carrier of the damage,
• where possible, making a damage report with the carrier,
• refusing the shipment where appropriate,
• and contacting us as soon as possible at objednavky@rewana.sk.

Failure to follow this recommendation does not deprive a consumer of their statutory rights in respect of defective Goods.

7. Invoice

The invoice – tax document may be provided to the customer electronically or together with the ordered Goods.
