Privacy Policy

The operator of the online store www.rewana.sk – Renovint, s.r.o., registered office Chocholná-Velčice 261, 913 04 Chocholná-Velčice, Company ID: 47951303, contact: +421 904 475 119, hereby declares that it handles the personal data of its customers obtained when placing a binding order of goods in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”).

Legal Basis

We fully respect the privacy of our customers; however, to process an order and conclude a contract, we require certain personal data. These data are used exclusively to send the ordered goods and to communicate with the customer pursuant to §13(1)(b) of the Personal Data Protection Act.
If you do not provide the required personal data, the contract cannot be concluded and the goods cannot be delivered.

What Data We Need

The personal data we require when you place an order include:

Title, First Name, Last Name, Address, Delivery Address, Contact Phone Number, E-mail.
If you are ordering goods on behalf of a company, the following additional information is required: Company Name, Registered Office, Company ID (IČO), Tax ID (DIČ), VAT ID (IČ DPH).

If you make a purchase with registration, a customer profile will be created on www.rewana.sk. All data (title, name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, etc.) will remain stored and used for future purchases.

Data Retention Period

For the purposes of invoicing, payments, record-keeping, debt recovery, processing customer requests, exercising rights, or fulfilling other legal obligations, Renovint, s.r.o. is authorized to retain your personal data even after the termination of the contract for the necessary period, typically 10 years, for accounting archiving in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Customer Rights

As a customer – data subject, you have the right to request access to your personal data stored in our database, as well as the right to request their correction, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to object to automated decision-making and profiling, and the right to data portability.

You may exercise all your rights in accordance with §§ 21–28 of the Personal Data Protection Act in writing (by e-mail to info@rewana.sk or by post to the registered office of Renovint, s.r.o.).

If you suspect unauthorized processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a proposal for the initiation of proceedings for the protection of personal data pursuant to §100 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Disclosure of Data

Under the above-mentioned law, we are obligated not to provide personal data to third parties.
We do not publish, disclose, or provide your personal data to any other entities. The only exception is when you select delivery by Slovak Post or courier services. In such cases, the minimum necessary data are provided to the external carrier for delivery of the shipment.
